About Jillian ...
I have provided psychotherapy services for over twenty years, both in a community mental health clinic and, since 2006, in private practice.
My training and experience draw from a range of approaches including psychodynamic, attachment, strengths-based, trauma-informed, family-systems, cognitive-behavioral, insight-oriented, and solution-focused therapy.
I work primarily with adults on an individual basis. I provide a safe place for healing and an approach described as warm, collaborative and interactive.
As there are varied points of view about how therapy works and how it may be helpful to you, I will seek to find resonance and consistency with who you are and the strengths and hopes, needs and struggles, that you bring. We will start with where you are now and together find a path forward for you.
